The SURE PROGRAM’S mission is to provide mentoring and educational services to individuals in every community, race, ethnicity, age, race, religious faith based, and gender to empower every human being in our community. SURE mentors will provide Career Coaching, Wellness coaching, and life skills to motivate and empower mentees of all ages, race, social economics, and gender, and religious faith. SURE Programs will also execute professional trainings and community trainings that will enrich parents, mental health providers, youth, and SURE mentors who are providing services. The sure program will empower, motivated, educate, and assist our communities’ youth and families. out the amazing people on your team.
SURE‘s Goal is to assist at least 3 people with each case.
1. Mentee’s will learn educational information about providing emotional support, self-esteem, and guidance.
2. Mentors will improve their source of income; self-esteem as they are benefiting from helping their mentee grows. Mentors will learn and grow with their mentor and trainings the SURE Program will provide them.
3. The mentee’s family will get support with their mentee’s personal and family emotional support, needs, and concerns.
For Sure:
The For Sure is a mentoring program for youth ages 6-22. This program recognizes s that that older children are under served in society. As a result, the For Sure program will work towards incorporating services to youth that are ages 14-22. This program recognizes that that older children tend to be under served in our community.
MORE SURE:
The MORE SURE PORGAM IS a mentoring program for youth ages 22 and up. This program recognizes and supports adults that tend to be under served in society. As a result, the For Sure program will work towards incorporating career mentoring, life skills, and emotional support to help adults live and display their best potential in our society.
Candyce Scott has a Master's Degree in Psychology and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Professional Counseling at Central Connecticut State University. Prior to completing her Master’s Degree, she earned a B.A. in Psychology at Central Connecticut State University and her Associates Degree in Social Services at Capital Community College. Candyce has devoted her life to helping others and has provided counseling services to children for over ten years. Candyce is the Owner and Director of Counseling Services for Insight of New England Counseling, LLC, creator of Gorgy By Candy fashion line, and a new Britain Democratic Board of Assessment and Appeals elected official. Candyce spends her time supporting residents with listening, reflecting, emphasizing, validating, advocating for equal opportunities in her city.
Candyce specializes in providing therapeutic services to children and their families, navigating school issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her particular areas of interest include multicultural counseling, stress management, relationship challenges, parent-adolescent dynamics, grief and loss. As an LPC she has a variety of experience providing EMDR, expressive art, laughter yoga, Narrative Therapy, REBT, Person Centered Therapy, EFT, Career Counseling, and Equine Therapy.
Mission is to teach children about the fashion industry and careers they may want to pursue. This group will help children improve self-esteem, social skills, and vocational skills. The youth will have direct mentoring and individual goals. The youth in this program will also participate in a fashion show.

Mission is to create a safe place teach about and provide a safe place to perform music industry and careers they may want to pursue. This mentorship will help children improve self-esteem, social skills, and vocational skills. The youth will have direct mentoring and individual goals.
Anti Racism:
This program will equip students with the knowledge and ability to cope, heal, and prevent racism in their communities.
Counseling Inmates and Loved Ones
The training will provide the history and current problems we are facing with incarceration in today's society.
Trafficking:
This workshop will help parents and caregivers learn about protecting their family from human trafficking. Participants will learn to define human trafficking. Caregivers will gain knowledge of the history of trafficking and information about modern day slavery. Parents and caregivers will be trained to utilize different ways to prevent their children from becoming victims of human trafficking. In the event that trafficking occurs in a families home they will be informed on possible ways to add in the survivors recovery.
Young Man Group
Objective: The young man in this program will learn to be productive males in our society. Explore, learn, and establish productive ways to work on being a productive male in their society and in the community. Participates will learn career goals, and self-identity that will make them successful males in their community This program is open to the LQBT Community.
Young Female Group
Objective: The young man in this program will learn to be productive males in our society. Explore, learn, and establish productive ways to work on being a productive male in their society and in the community. Participates will learn career goals, and self-identity that will make them successful males in their comity. This program is open to the LQBT Community.
LQBT Community Group
Objective: The young man in this program will learn to be productive males in our society. Explore, learn, and establish productive ways to work on being a productive male in their society and in the community.
